The Management Committee is responsible for maintaining the Village Hall and its ancillary facilities.  It consists of a maximum of 12 members, 5 of whom are elected for a period of not more than 3 years and 7 representative members who are appointed annually.

The Village Hall Committee formed a Sub-Committee in 2021 to take on the responsibility for The Fontmell Friendship Garden which is formed of 2 elected Trustees (Chairman and Bookings Manager) and 3 co-opted members who are reappointed annually.

At the request of our Parish Council, we also have a co-opted Parish Council Representative appointed annually by the Parish Council.

The Financial Year runs from May 1^st to April 30^th and the AGM is held annually on the last Wednesday in July.
